1. Order Processing

  • Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During festivals, promotional events, or periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Delhi NCR: 4-6 business days
  • Metro Cities: 5-7 business days
  • Other Locations in India: 5–8 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

These are estimated timelines and not guaranteed delivery dates. The 2–3 business day order-processing period is additional to the delivery time.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Orders of ₹499 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
  • For orders below ₹499, applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
  • Additional COD handling charges, if applicable, will be displayed separately before payment or order confirmation.
  • Free-shipping offers are subject to delivery serviceability.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders and serviceable PIN codes across India.

  • COD availability will be confirmed at checkout.
  • Any additional COD charges will be displayed before order confirmation.
  • Customers are requested to provide accurate contact details to ensure smooth delivery.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared through the contact information provided at checkout, where supported by our shipping partner.

6. Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier disruptions, public holidays, incorrect delivery information, or unforeseen circumstances.

Our team will assist customers with delivery-related enquiries.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping details, including their address, PIN code, and contact number.

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, our team will contact the customer regarding available redelivery options and any applicable charges.

8. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact ARBAANI as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

Please share your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. An unboxing video may also be provided, if available.

Eligible issues will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws. The 48-hour reporting request does not restrict statutory consumer rights.

9. Delivery Coverage

ARBAANI aims to deliver across India to serviceable PIN codes.

Delivery availability depends on the service coverage of our courier partners.
