1. Returns & Replacements

We accept return or replacement requests only under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product delivered is different from the product ordered.

All return or replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The product must be unused and unworn.
  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be retained.
  • Clear photographs of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product must be provided.
  • An unboxing video is recommended to help us verify the issue.

All requests are subject to verification by the ARBAANI team.

3. Non-Returnable Products

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference.
  • Colour or design preferences after delivery.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or usage.
  • Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery.

Slight variations in colour due to photography, lighting, or screen settings are not considered defects.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

To request cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order number.

5. Refunds & Replacements

Once a return request is reviewed and approved, ARBAANI will arrange an appropriate resolution.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

  • Replacement with the same product, subject to availability.
  • A refund if a replacement is unavailable or unsuitable.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, where possible. For Cash on Delivery orders, suitable refund details may be requested.

6. Return Shipping

For verified damaged, defective, or incorrect products, ARBAANI will bear the reasonable return shipping costs or arrange a return pickup where available.
